赵海涛 教授，南京邮电大学（通信与信息工程学院副院长、物联网研究院院长，国家级青年人才）

Zhao Haitao, Doctor of Engineering, professor, doctoral tutor, deputy dean of the School of Communication and Information Engineering, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, deputy director of the Internet of Things Research Institute has been selected as one of the National Young CJ Scholars Talent Program, Jiangsu Province, "Blue and Blue Project" young and middle-aged academic leaders, Jiangsu Province, "333 Jiangsu Province, "333" second level talent training project, Jiangsu Provincial Association for Science and Technology young scientific and technological talent support project, Jiangsu Province, "six peaks of talent" B funding and Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, "1311 Talent Program," the leader of the innovation team. At present, he is the executive deputy director of the Engineering Research Center of Ubiquitous Network Health Service System of Ministry of Education, the executive deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Wireless Communication of Jiangsu Province, the secretary general of the Collaborative Innovation Center of Internet of Things Technology and Application of Jiangsu Province, the vice president of the Modern Information Technology Industry College of Jiangsu Province, the deputy secretary general of the Communication Branch of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and the deputy secretary general of the Internet of Things Committee of the Chinese Institute of Communications. 

赵海涛，工学博士，教授，博士生导师，南京邮电大学通信与信息工程学院副院长、物联网研究院院长，先后入选国家青年CJ学者人才计划，江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人，江苏省“333”第二层次人才培养工程，江苏省科协青年科技人才托举工程，江苏省“六大人才高峰”B类资助和南京邮电大学“1311人才计划”创新团队带头人。目前担任教育部泛在网络健康服务系统工程研究中心常务副主任，江苏省无线通信重点实验室常务副主任，江苏省物联网技术与应用协同创新中心秘书长，江苏省现代信息技术产业学院副院长，中国电子学会通信分会副秘书长，中国通信学会物联网委员会副秘书长。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家重点研发计划课题项目、江苏省高校自然科学研究重大项目、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、国家博士后研究基金、教育部博士点基金、江苏省博士后研究基金、国家短波通信工程中心开放课题等20余项纵向课题，10项国家电网科技项目。先后与海康威视、华为、中兴通讯等建立联合实验室，投入经费300多万元。作为核心成员，参与完成国家973计划、国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、江苏省973计划、教育部科学技术研究重点项目等多个省部级以上重点项目。作为第一完成人先后荣获江苏省科学技术二等奖、中国电子学会科技进步二等奖、中国通信学会技术发明二等奖等省部级以上科技奖励10项；已发表论文60余篇，以第一/通讯作者发表IEEE Trans. NEURAL NETW . LEARN. SYST.、J. IoT、IEEE Trans. VEH. TECHN. 等国外权威期刊论文13篇，发表通信学报、电子与信息学报、仪器仪表学报等国内权威期刊论文12篇，其中SCI收录26篇；以第一发明人授权国家发明专利30项，授权美国发明专利1项和日本发明专利1项，实现成果转化4项。
